How It Works - Exeter Counselling and Wellbeing Services

Counselling enquiries:

Once you have contacted me, we can have a conversation to find out what you need, and answer your questions on how it works.

I provide in person sessions (I do not offer online or remote sessions), and appointments are usually 1 hour, on a weekly basis in a regular time slot. I have daytime appointments available Monday – Wednesday, and also have some evening slots.

Counselling Fees: £60 per hour individual session

I work in a calm, confidential space located in Pinhoe, which is easily reached by car or public transport – 5 minutes walk from Pinhoe Station or the L bus stops right outside. There is ample free parking.

Bright and comfortable counselling room on just outside the city centre

Online and telephone counselling are also available.
